Why I Do What I Do

Hi, I'm Dr. Natasha Collins (MBBCH, MRCGP, Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist). As an NHS GP with 18 years of experience, I’ve always been passionate about lifestyle medicine, knowing that many health issues stem from lifestyle factors. It’s clear that despite the wealth of health information available, people struggle to apply it due to conflicting advice and busy lives.

In 2022, overwhelmed and burnt out from working long hours during the COVID pandemic, I realised I needed a change. I resigned, took stock of my life, and discovered health coaching—a transformative approach I wish I’d known sooner. I completed a Level 5 Health Coaching Course and became a certified nutritionist with a focus on women’s health, PCOS, menopause, and peri-menopause.

I love my GP work and am always there for my patients but the constraints of the NHS don't allow the deep, personalised support that people need. My coaching program offers holistic, tailored guidance to help you achieve lasting change, from weight loss to improved energy and mood.
